Disclaimer

We are not a contractor

804 Waterfront does not build, repair, inspect or supervise any work. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.

Listings are not endorsements

A listing on this site is not a recommendation or guarantee of any contractor’s work, licensing, insurance or pricing. Listing information comes from publicly available sources such as company websites and may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm details with the contractor directly.

License information on each listing reflects what the Virginia DPOR License Lookup showed on the date we checked. Licenses can expire or change, so always look up the license yourself before you hire.

Before you hire

Check that the contractor holds a valid Virginia contractor license through the Virginia DPOR License Lookup, carries insurance, and can provide references. Get written estimates and a written contract.

Permit and program information

Permit steps, meeting schedules, fees and help-paying programs on this site are general guidance for planning only. They change, and they depend on your property and project. Confirm with your county, the Virginia Marine Resources Commission and the program itself before you plan around them.

Corrections
